Do you write the content for the website?
We can. Some clients provide their own content, others need us to write it. Content writing is included in your proposal based on how many pages need to be written and how detailed they need to be.
What if I need changes after the website launches?
Minor adjustments immediately after launch are included. Larger changes or new features can be added anytime—either as part of your ongoing care plan or as separate projects depending on the scope.
What kind of content updates are included in ongoing care?
Keeping your site up-to-date—changing text, updating photos, fixing your phone number or hours, adding team members. Basically anything that takes less than 30 minutes. New page layouts or custom graphics aren’t included—those are separate projects.
