If you have any teenagers or know of any teenagers, you’ve probably heard of Twitter already. But, Twitter isn’t just for sharing what you had for breakfast this morning.

This microblogging platform has been a hot trend in the business community for its ease of use and its ability to expand customer reach and creating relationships across the web.
